Booking and inquiry requests

Submitting a booking request, project brief, email, or other inquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve a confirmed appointment, or obligate either party to proceed. Proposed appointment times are standard studio slots and remain subject to confirmation by email.

You agree to provide accurate contact information and not to submit confidential, unlawful, infringing, or unnecessary sensitive information through the website.

Professional engagements

Any consulting, marketing, branding, design, development, content, advertising, automation, or related professional services require a separate written proposal, statement of work, order, or agreement accepted by Kazan Momentum LLC and the client.

If a separate agreement conflicts with these website terms regarding a paid engagement, the separate agreement controls for that engagement, including scope, fees, timing, deliverables, intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties, and liability.
